Ghiblify (AI Ghibli Art) + WebPtoJPG (Image Converter) – Two Side Projects

“I used ControlNet initially for Ghiblify  but found it too restrictive for the Ghibli aesthetic. Ended up with a hybrid approach combining LoRA adapters and attention masking. For   WebPtoJPG , the WASM conversion is lossless for PNG but applies slight compression for JPG by default – we added quality controls in the advanced options.”
